Superb attitude and insight of Charlotte to our dogs. 10/10

Charlotte was constantly reassuring which is exactly what I need. We went through so many different techniques to help my dog around other dogs, and made walking a joy instead of a chore. The training was perfect. 10/10

Charlotte made understanding the exercises very clear. Our puppy enjoyed the lesson too and behaved very well. My pup is already responding well to the things we learnt and I am confident with the Puppy group classes to follow that we will attend we shall have a well behaved dog. I have already recommended Charlotte to a friend. 10/10

I liked that the training was relaxed and very informative. Simple and achievable steps to try at home. Mix of training in the house and out and about. 10/10

Group Classes

I’ve just completed the puppy course with Charlotte and what a fantastic time both my dog and I have had. Charlotte is a fantastic trainer and lovely person. Highly recommend any of her courses and we are looking forward to coming back for the next course.

I have been watching Charlotte’s training over several weeks and have seen excellent results, bringing confidence to both pups and their owners.

I enjoyed getting new behaviours to train and being guided by Charlotte on how to achieve this, and receiving homework tasks. I like how the behaviours are explained and demonstrated, we have a go without being spotlighted, and Charlotte comes round to each of us as individuals to help and guide us.

We enjoyed everything! Our dog had so much fun and really enjoyed the chance to socialise with other dogs. It was great that some of the activities were fun ones like going through the tunnel and new sensory experiences, not just learning basic skills like sit etc. 10/10

We enjoyed all of it: Charlotte, the group of owners, the dogs, and watching my dog blossom every week, and in week 6 the exercise that puts it all together was brilliant and we all saw how far we had come. 10/10

Charlotte was always so helpful and eager to answer any questions I had (which there were a lot of). After the first session I couldn’t wait to go back the following week to achieve more. We have gained so much confidence around other dogs compared to our first class and she’s settling quicker on a mat. Training could not have been a better experience. 10/10

The structure of the training was really good. Gradual introduction of new tasks over the 6-week course. Full and clear instruction on how to achieve the behaviours. Repetition of the tasks and achievable homework. Charlotte was able to advise what to do when I met problems. A lovely relaxed atmosphere with a very supportive trainer. 10/10
